According to the decision of the General Assembly of MAREX on September 9, 2018, the following forms of individual membership (participation) are provided for in the Association:
I. A candidate for valid members (participants) is a natural person working or planning to work in any field of business or personal protection, who has expressed a desire to join the Association's team, in accordance with the Organization's Charter and the "Regulations on Membership and Membership Fees", not yet has two recommendations from members of the MAREX Board or Board, but passes a trial period (6 months) and actively contributes to the development of the Association's tasks or cooperates with MAREX members (participants) in the execution of practical customer orders.
Features:
- Accepted by the decision of the Association Council, has a certificate and a certificate;
- Entrance fee: UAH 2000.00. Periodic (annual) contribution: UAH 1,000.00.
- Does not have the right to use the name and symbols of MAREX in its own business and advertising;
- After 6 months (or by separate decision - earlier) can acquire valid membership or collegial membership.
II. Active member (participant) - a natural person who works or plans to work in any field of business or personal protection, has expressed a desire to join the Association's team, complies with the Organization's Charter and the "Regulations on Membership and Membership Fees", has at least two recommendations from the relevant members of the MAREX Board or College or passed the probationary period (6 months) as a candidate for valid members (participants) of the Association.
Features:
- Accepted by the decision of the Association Council, must provide at least two recommendations from MAREX collegial members, have a certificate and a certificate;
- Entrance fee: UAH 2000.00. Periodic (annual) contribution: UAH 1,000.00.
- Has the right to use the MAREX name and symbols in its own business and advertising;
- Can submit an application to the College for acquiring collegiate membership.
III. Associate member (participant) - a natural person who works or plans to work in any field, supports the tasks of the organization, has expressed a desire to join the Association's team, complies with the organization's Charter and the "Regulations on Membership and Membership Fees", has paid the entrance fee and pays the monthly membership fee contributions
Features:
- Accepted by the decision of the Association Council, has a certificate and a certificate;
- Entrance fee: UAH 3,000.00. Periodic (monthly) contribution: UAH 500.00.
- Has the right to use the MAREX name and symbols in its own business and advertising, indicating the category of membership;
- After 6 months (or by separate decision - earlier) can acquire valid membership or collegial membership.
IV. A collegial participant (a member of the MAREX Board) is a natural person working in any field of business or personal protection, in accordance with the Organization's Charter and the "Regulations on Membership and Membership Fees", at one time passed a probationary period (6 months) as a candidate in members (participants) of the Association and actively contributed (and contributes) to the development of the Association's tasks, professionally and repeatedly cooperates with members of the MAREX Board in the execution of practical customer orders, expansion of individual projects and actively participates in the development of the Association.

- Accepted by the decision of the Board of the Association, has a certificate and a certificate;
- Entrance fee: UAH 2000.00. Periodic (annual) contribution: UAH 1,000.00.
- Has the right to use the MAREX name and symbols in its own business and advertising;
- Has the right to participate in all issues of the Association's management, its closed events and decisions.
V. Participant-partner - a natural person who represents any legal entity or organization, or is a representative of a narrow direction in the field of business or personal protection, expressed a desire to join the Association's team, in accordance with the Organization's Charter and the "Regulations on Membership and Membership Fees ", takes part in the development and implementation of individual projects with MAREX participants on national or international service sales markets. A partner participant can also be a representative of an organization or other legal entity (regardless of the country of location) with which the Association has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and Interaction.

- Entry fee: 0 Periodic fee: 0 (on the conditions of participation in the Association's projects or on the conditions of exchange of representatives on the basis of Memorandums of Cooperation);
- Has the right to use the MAREX name and symbols in its own business and advertising;
- He has the right to participate in the Association's events and projects under separate conditions.
VI. An honorary member (participant) is a natural person, regardless of the type of activity, who, in accordance with the Statute of the organization and the "Regulations on Membership and Membership Fees", has actively participated in the development of VAPD or participates in the development of MAREX, and by his actions contributes to the fulfillment of the Association's tasks on the basis of official organizational or material support of MAREX projects.

- Entry fee: 0 Recurring fee: 0
- Has the right to use the MAREX name and symbols in his own business, advertising and affairs;
- He has the right to participate in the Association's events and projects under separate conditions.
Advantages of various forms of membership in the Association:
- Use of the Association's resources in conducting independent activities, including obtaining assistance in opening one's own business in the field of business and personal protection with the possibility of later creating an official MAREX representative office in the region on behalf of the Association;
- Preferential participation in events held by the Association (including closed ones or for the purpose of training and professional development);
- Priority right to receive orders in different regions from MAREX members and their business contacts in Ukraine and abroad;
- Placement of customers' orders among MAREKS international partners;
- Participation in professional closed groups for exchanging orders;
- Legal support of activities, protection of rights and interests on preferential terms;
- Participation in advertising campaigns conducted by MAREX in the mass media on preferential terms;
- Placing your publications on the MAREX website and other resources;
- Use of official MAREX paraphernalia in one's activities;
- Obtaining a special MAREKS member certificate and an official MAREKS member wall certificate;
- Other opportunities provided by MAREX to its members to expand their professional activities in different countries of the world.
Persons who have not submitted properly completed membership documents, or who engage in illegal activities, promote any political activity, or whose actions may compromise the Association's tasks may not become members of the Association.
To register for membership in the Association, you must:
- determine the form of individual membership (participation, partnership);
- submit an application for a package of documents for registration of membership (send to E-mail: marecs.office@gmail.com with an indication of: selected form of individual membership, full name, date of birth, place of work and position, education and phone number for contact);
- review the received package of documents and send the completed application form and other necessary documents to E-mail: marecs.office@gmail.com within a week.
(Attention! If the applicant does not receive a response within a week, his application will be canceled, a repeat application will not be considered)
After receiving the documents filled out by the applicant, a decision is sent to him within a week:
- Reasoned refusal of membership in the Association;
- The decision to accept the relevant members of the Association;
- Other information.
If a person is admitted to the relevant members of the Association, he must pay the introductory and corresponding periodic fees within a week (if the membership form provides for fees) and within 30 days receive a member's certificate of the appropriate sample. Contributions of the Association are directed exclusively to the development of the Association, and do not carry a commercial component in any form!
Warning! The Board of the Association must warn:
- If you are engaged in or plan to engage in political activities, are in any political organization — you should refrain from applying for membership in the Association for ethical reasons.
- If you had or have anything to do with activities that in one way or another are aimed at opposing a business or an individual — it is better for you to refrain from applying for membership in the Association for ethical reasons.
- If you have had or have anything to do with criminal or corrupt activities, you should refrain from applying for membership in the Association for the reasons that these activities are incompatible with membership and will become known sooner or later.
The association guarantees complete confidentiality of documents received at its address and non-distribution of them outside MAREX.
