On September 10, the VI International Forum on Business Protection will be held in Kyiv

The main threats to doing business in 2021, ways to prevent these threats and overcome them will be the subject of the VI International Forum on Business Protection organized by the newspaper "Yuridychna praktika", which will take place on September 10, 2021 in the city of Kyiv.
The creation of the Bureau of Economic Security, the introduction of state sanctions against companies and individual business representatives, the adoption of the law on the creation of the Diya.City legal regime, the introduction of automatic seizure of accounts, the change in the powers of ARMA, the opening of the land market - all these events took place in 2021 and are subject to expert review analysis of Forum participants.
The Forum's program includes discussions on improving the business landscape of Ukraine, the state's sanctions policy, its impact on Ukrainian business and investment attractiveness, criminal legal risks of business, the development of judicial practice, as well as the presentation of successful business protection cases.
People's deputies of Ukraine, judges, representatives of specialized ministries, law enforcement and control bodies, the Council of the Business Ombudsman, lawyers of leading law firms and legal advisers of large companies of the real sector of the economy are invited to participate in the Forum.
